Yes, it's called jazGraph. It is located on the popular ftp
sites (grind.isca.uiowa.edu, the caltech site). Given data it
can plot and print graphs, and calculate regressions (linear,
exponential, power, smoothing).

Hmmm, most likely, but you can give it a shot. jazGraph requires
GS/OS v5.0.2+, and I estimate about 600K of RAM.
