Name of the 'Classic' Apple font?

This piece of trivia escapes me at the minute, so I'm asking. What's
the name of the 'Classic' Apple font (Pre-GS, with very large loops),
and is it available somewhere on the internet in TT or Postscript
form? [Close knockoffs available for free are fine.]
