Sir, thank you for the valuable insight. 

I am willing to fight for the law that you have described above. These
right wing, bible thumping, do-gooders who swear they do no wrong
have done nothing but try to hamper the bleak future of the apple //.

I am all for buying software you use, but when there is no where to 
buy it, where do you get it?  A land shark 3rd party who wants a 
lame price? And most of these *used* programs cannot be sold anyway.

License agreements usually state that the ownership of the program
is non-transferrable... so there!

anyway, lets get this started.. this is the only legal way to make
this whole mess go away!
