It's annoying to get posts like this, Charles, isn't it? To avoid such
completely useless offenses, I would recommend that you do the
following:
1) Contact the site where you have found the dubious programs and request
   the adress of the original author/publisher.
2) Write to him/them and request a written, signed confession that the
   programs are indeed shareware.
3) Scan the document. If you don't have a scanner, send it to me and I
   will scan it for you.
4) Put it on your site to be read by all bureaucratic Vogon types
   amongst us. They may view it, print it, kiss it, triplicate it,
   send it in, send it back, query it, lose it, find it again,
   subject it to public inquiry, lose it again and finally bury
   it in soft peat and recycle it as a firelighter.
5) Keep up your good work for the Apple II community! Thank you!
