No. It is a serial printer port.

You would need a converter box like a GrapplerC which converts serial to
parallel.

The serial modem port is the same as the serial printer port above. The
mouse port also uses the joystick. Caution, although some PC mice will
fit the port, don't use one. You will burn out some chips on the
motherboard. You need a mouse made for a IIc.

The IIc has 2 serial ports: printer and modem. The mouse port is
different than the usual serial mouse connection.
