The connector should be identical to the ][ and ][ plus, so from my Apple
][ Reference manual:

Pin 1 Ground
Pin 2 Vidio - NTSC compatible positive composit video.
Pin 3 +12 volts.
Pin 4 -5 volts.

The single pin, if it exists on the //e, is also Vidio.

On my modulator, a Sup-R-Mod, the wires are Black, Brown, Red, Orange.
