Well, how about these ideas:

    remedial drill and practice (math, language, spelling, etc.)
    keyboarding
    entering text for projects (AppleWorks) and dropping it into
         a Mac or PC
    Internet email

If they are Apple IIes (enhanced), we'll take them.  Just fly them
down to us!!!
