I was wondering if all of this could be due to language limits.
Depending on your level of confidence (or knowledge) with a language,
that is sometimes difficult to send the right message in the right way
(writing, grammar, etc.)

This may be the reason why their messages have been understood as
either rude or unpolite or whatever. There is probably a
misunderstanding here.

I sometimes have difficulties to understand the meaning of your
sentences here but I won't ask you to learn French. The majority is
English-spoken people then I have to adapt.

Non mais ! Je ne vais pas écrire en français quand même !
