ProDOS volume on Mac hard disk

Hey everybody, remember how I said a few weeks ago that I was going to try
formatting an Apple ROM equipped hard disk with Apple's HD SC Setup to see
if I can get a ProDOS volume to show up on my Mac? I just got around to giving
it a try. I partitioned the drive, and, to my surprise, ProDOS was one of the
format choices. So I made a 32 mb ProDOS volume and a 200 mb HFS volume and
both showed up on my desktop. Extremely slick. So everyone looking for a way
to use ProDOS hard disk volumes should format with HD SC Setup. The rub is that
it only supports Apple ROM equipped drives, but these are what every Mac ships
with. I used version 7.3.5, which is included in 7.5 update 2.0.
