If you've got the dough, Cross-Wroks is whatcha want.  Danged if I
know where to get it now, though...maybe Quality Computers?

Another alternative is to get a null-modem cable, and to use modem
programs to move the files across.  If your Apple // has a modem,
email it to your PC.
