Appleworks to Microsoft Works: Text & Database Conversion. Possible?

Good people of the AppleII world. I am looking for a
conversion utility/emulator software to allow Appleworks
files to be readable (Text only and ASCII delimited Data)
on an MS-DOS or Windows based system.

Would someone be kind enough to steer me in the right
direction?
