Laz,

If you're looking at the bottom so that you can read the label, or,
if there is no label, so that the cord is at the upper right corner,
there are two screws under the rubber feet, at the upper left corner
and the lower right.  I was able to get the buttons working on
mine by taking them apart and cleaning them.  Didn't need to replace
them.
