Take the face plate off and put the front in direct sun light, a hot
day, preferably.

But the direct sunlight otherwise, and then using two thumbs, push the
thing off. It should start to move slowly. You might also add
something like Electra-Clean. As it starts sliding over the edge,
reduce the area you are pushing on until about 1/3rd is remaining on
the face. Then grab it and yank in the same direction.

Do not push on any part of it that is overhanging, and do not yank on
it or try to bend/lift it. Once you bend that thing you will will
never, ever, get it flat. Or otherwise looking the same.

Do not use something like Goo-Gone. You'll never get the residue off
the faceplate and it will like you put Armor All on it and be
inconsistent depth like looking. It just doesn't look right at all.

The other stuff dries up 100%.
