Re: Netatalk inconsistencies wired vs. wireless.



eth0 is wireless
eth1 is wired

I start up after enabling atalkd and the server shows up on the IIgs.
(eth0)

Plug in a cable, eth1 snags an IP.

edit atalkd.conf, just adding in 'eth1', as it will add all the rest
that it wants.

restart netatalk

server again shows up on the IIgs.

(I didn't disconnect the wireless (eth0) connection)

so.. I disconnect eth0, and then the server drops off the IIgs.

So I've insisted that atalkd be over eth1, yet with eth0 connected it
still works. But as soon as I take eth0 offline, it stops.
