PR#n boots from the card. ProDOS & Pascal 1.3 work well.

IN#n after booting DOS 3.3 from floppy or other disk then installs a patch
that allows access to 400KB volume on the RAM disk. INIT is patched out to
prevent the patched version of DOS from spreading or to make room for the
patch I seem to recall.
