AKA slinky. It debuted in Oct '85 so a Nov '85 article is the right time
frame for it.

My first slinky was a RAMfactor and its manual says do IN# to the card to
get a DOS RAM disk. I thought this was a RAMfactor thing until I got an 
Apple slinky and found out it has it too. The Apple card doesn't have the
partition manager you get when you do PR# to the card like a RAMfactor
does though.

Yep slinky cards are really slick, I have one in my IIgs, //e, and grey key
memory expandable //c.
