help wanted for //c to imagewriter 2

aloha,

i have a problem printing to my imagewriter 2, i just bought
a cable to hook it up to my apple 2c.  I lost my printer manual
but i do know that there are two banks of dip switches inside
the printer that can be set.  I also read that some apple 2c's had
problems with serial port speeds.  Could someone please give me
the slowest or the proper pin switches for this printer.

the problem i get is that nothing will print at all, the printer self test
works
though, even if i type pr#3 nothing registers after that.
