Look at PAWS, Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing, and Typing Tutor.  I remember
PAWS being the best, but I'm not sure if it's still available.

Call Scantron Quality Computers at (800) 777-3642 (U.S.) and they should
be able to help you find that software.
