I am surprised to hear of no support from Alltech. It seems a small 
operation, but you have to talk to the right person, perhaps?

I believe Tony Diaz is the Apple II guy. If you have a complaints, ask to 
speak to Elias. I believe he is the owner. I think they have good prices 
for good products, & you probably do as well, which is why you purchased 
from them, right? :-)

Another idea is to get one of them on the line & ask them to call _you_ back;
a small compensation for screwing up an order.
Of which, the _did_ screw up an order on me as well! But they made it 
right & even hand delivered the correct one. True it was local, but not 
_that_ local. Point being, Alltech will do you right.
