The marking indicates the chip is rated @ 8 MHz.  Try a 32 MHz crystal 
and see what happens.  Whether or not you can get to 10 MHz is another 
story.  You probably _won't_ be able to exceed 10 w/out getting faster 
cache RAM, which requires some soldering for the smaller sockets.
