The way I did this is not simple.  Using a sector editor, I read the
*entire flinkin' disk*, until I found the filenames it tried to get
at.  It tried to load something like "/DISK1/FILEA".  I changed this
to something like "/DSK/Q/FILEA".  Note that I kept the same number of
letters in the pathname.  I named the 3.5" disk, "/DSK", and put the
contents of 5.25" disk "/DISK1" into a subdirectory called "/Q" on the
3.5" disk ("/DSK").  When the program would look for "FILEA" on
"/DISK1", it instead looked for "FILEA" in "/DSK/Q".

5.25" disks to 1 3.5" disk.
