With respect to the following post and thread please read 'MY COMMENTS' 
- that hopefully should clear up all the ignorant assumptions, rumors, 
FALSE ACCUSATIONS, etc... that have gone unaddressed or unanswered to 
the general CSA2 and Apple II community worldwide for far to long now!

For those who are wondering why so many people are upset at Mr. Turley,
this is the reason -- his hacking of software and "freely distributable"
software that isn't free has earned him a destructive reputation.  The
members of the group are not being accused of anything, but the "leader"
is.  Had A2WUG, or a group like it, been founded by someone who has
contributed much, such as Harold or Richard or Joe Kohn, then it wouldn't
be flamed as much as it is right now.

My opinions are my own, no one elses.  And this is an explanation, not a flame.

I never made any such thing myself - PERIOD!   The FreeOS that I did use was sent to me from a friend in France back in 1992.  I tho=
ught it was
a free and perfectly legal alternative OS to use in place of ProDOS and
thus used it.  Concerning the UniDOS 3.3 accusation - I again have no idea what anybody is refering to, as I've never hacked, upload=
ed or distributed such - in any manner or in any fashion to anywhere - PERIOD.

The Spectrum and OmniPaint distributions were done and uploaded by some other person and not by me - from a fake acct. in the name o=
f Ian Schmidt - which was also a fake name from the same fake acct. - which I had no connection are involvement with their having be=
en uploaded in such a manner, which I was informed of by both; Earl Childers, Pres. of Seven Hills Software and Joe Gleason, Past Pr=
es. and CEO of Quality Computers.  The Spectrum beta initilized with the name Dr. Tom, was my personal beta - sent to me from Earl C=
hilders and initilized as such. The OmniPaint was a previously hacked version of Platinum Paint, done by some other hacker - known a=
s OctaPaint, I obtained a copy of it and DID
sector edit it to read OmniPaint.  It was a personal in-house effort (stupid as it was) done for my own amusement.  Neither of these=
 two programs were ever released or made available to anybody by me for any form of public distribution, nor did I ever instruct or =
ask anybody to do such!  

Both of the programs in question; Spectrum beta and OmniPaint, were copied and taken from my home and/or the home of a friend (who h=
ad back-ups of both - in a secured taped box - clearly marked 'PRIVATE - DO NOT COPY, GIVE OR DISTRIBUTE THE CONTENTS TO ANYBODY'.  =


Only two individuals ever had access to these two programs on disk.
Those two people were; Auri Rahimzadeh and Joe Kohn.  I have ample proof that both of them made copies and attempted to distribute t=
hem by mail and via uploads to various BBS', online services and such - along with several other PRIVATE-UNAUTHORIZED-NOT-FOR-DISTRI=
BUTION disks that were copied and attempts also made of such.

NOW THE FACTS ARE KNOW FOR ALL TO DISCUSS AND COMMENT ON.  This is all
completely true and correct in every respect and I'll be more than happy to provide PROOF to back up my statements - if anybody want=
 it.

So, with respect to anything ever made available in any manner to the public that contained my name - that was not 100% proper and l=
egal to distribute, I had no part in it's being made available.

And, for whatever else it's worth - Steve Wozniak told me himself (in person - during our last meeting that Auri is no longer employ=
ed by him and was caught by him trying to teach Steves students how to hack on the Internet.

If you want to rag on me for the VAMPS and NTV releases then that's fine with me.  Many others liked and ejoyed them.  Many others d=
id not.  But, I've done absolutely nothing in the way of distribution to the public with any thing sector edited, hacked or otherwis=
e.  If it was made available, it was done without my premission, assistance or knowledge - PERIOD!

Now I have 19 more 'Turley A2 Chronicles' available Volumes 2 thru 20) - ALL TRUTH AND ALL FACTS. Whould anybody care for me to make=
 them available to the public, dealing with many very shocking, revealing and highly destructive facts, comments and such on many ot=
her well known and well respected individuals, past groups, etc. within the Apple II community or should I simply stop with this Vol=
 1 release?  

BTW - Auri, I still have your JOKO HyperStudio 1WSW-beta stack available for public distribution ASAP - with any more such false com=
ments about me from you BUDDY!  Wanna try me and see if I'm serious?
