I just tried 'em both- same thing. Only sees the Mac, and only the Mac
sees it.

Dedicated ... I have 7 of them. The IIgs sees the Mac's, just not the
netatalk server unless it's connected to the backbone via wireless.

Even using the EtherWave, the same problem exists, and the other
stupid bridge box. the GatorBox CS works in that the server shows, but
it hangs when trying to connect which is usually a Phase 2 problem.
Marinetti works, too.
