No. IBM PC and Apple II 5.25" disk formats are different at a
hardware level; you will need (rare) addon hardware to bridge the gap.
The comp.sys.apple2 Frequently Asked Questions posting, which is
posted at the first of the month, and properly configured usenet
servers should keep it around for the whole month answeers that
question, as well as details several methods to transfer data between
