To the best of my current knowledge no, there is no way for non-Genie
members to access the Apple II files archived on Genie via ftp. However
as soon as the AOL Apple II archives become available on Ground for
public Internet access via ftp or http, then I'm fairly sure the Genie
Apple II administation and those in authority could be persuaded to make
them available as such.
