The only difference between the Rev-A, B, and C Apple SCSI cards is the
ROM / EPROM that is installed. (and ofcourse the code IN that eprom)
There are no other hardware differences.
 
The Rev-C eprom is Apple part number 341-0437-A and is a 27128.
(Yes, the dweebs at Apple DID use the A suffix for the C rev! ACK)
