As much as I like about UNIX, I have to admit it is *not* the operating
system of the future. It's the OS of the past - it was put together so
well that it has hung in there. However, the OS of the future has yet to
be written.

I would say to any OS authors the following words - repeat them, for
they are important.
"MEMORY PROTECTION".
