Defender Of The World (Released)

OK, I've finally decided to release Defender Of The World as it is.
People have been asking about it and for it.  If you want to see what
graphics and animation and music and sound the Apple IIGS is capable of,
grab a copy of DOTW from csa2.binaries.  I'll upload a copy to caltech
and ground once I'm able to gain connection to them.
