Dear Ralph,

Yeah, sure. People just pick you out of the blue and slam you for no
reason. Fortunately, you're predictable and can't resist following up
to a posting that maligns you in some way. I've forgotten more about
the Apple II than you will ever know. Well, I suppose I have to give
up at this point.  By the way, it's nice to see you back online, Cold
Fusion; Tom and Nathan are still around if you care to say hi to 'em.
