 :   ProSEL can do a pretty good job of restoring all files in
 :subdirectories; it can only scan/guess at filenames in the root
 :directory. Thus, except for files you can easily replace (ProDOS,
 :Basic.system, a few others), it's a darn good idea to keep as much
 :stuff in subdirs.

right, too bad I never upgraded from Prosel 8 to 16 ( something like $50...)
So if Salvation can't do it, I'll just start from scratch. All I loose 
are all those really cool sounds that I never backed up, plus who knows 
what else, but 20 megs ain't much, which I couldn't fathom when i bought 
the thing! :-)
