Well, yes and no.

Shareware Solutions II has made a deal with Charlie's Appleseeds that
allows SSII to distribute ProSel-8 and ProSel-16 for the lowest price
ever offered.

However, it is only offered for sale by SSII to subscribers of Shareware
Solutions II. It's one of the special "Such A Deal" offers. All others
can get ProSel from Charlie's Appleseeds. Contact a2.chuck@genie.com for
details.

That said, I've had great success using ProSel to recover 98% of all the 
data that was on a disk after it was accidently formatted. I never 
accidently deleted a volume on my hard drive, but I imagine that Volume 
Repair's Recover Files would recover most, if not all, lost files. But, 
then again, I'm not going to test that out on my hard drive ;-)
