Oh boy. You're asking for trouble. Big trouble. Legal trouble.

Files on the Asimov site are copyrighted, and you are not the copyright
holder. In other words, you have no right whatsoever to sell the work of
others.

It's one thing that the pirated software is available on the net. It's quite
another thing if you sell someone else's software. The availability of a
pirate CD is just too much.

Your intentions are criminal. If you proceed, be prepared to face the
consequences.
