Besides ensuring there is enough memory (more than 1 meg for GS/OS 6.0.x) 
and setting the RAMdisk to 0, a "cold" start must be done after changing the 
RAMdisk size (easiest way is to turn off the computer, then wait 30 seconds 
before turning it back on). 
 
If you have no documentation, you may not know how to get to the Control 
Panel to change RAMdisk:  Press Open-Apple, Control, and Esc keys at the 
same time.
