A friend has acquired a IIgs, with a pile of software, but no docs or
anything. It appears to be in good condition, but has what appears to
be a CPU replacement, called a Trans-Warp.
When he tries to boot the thing, it draws some graphics and stuff, as
a startup advertisement for the CPU extender, then spends about 1/2
second saying it's starting up, then croaks with an error $0201, and a
message along the lines of "Ramdisk too large, or not enough system
memory".
If this rings a bell with anyone, or you've got an idea where we need
to go to find out, please let me know. Please send mail to
jrd@american.com, as I don't ordinarily read this group. Thanks in
advance.
