uh... 138 lbs! :)  Rephrasing for clarity above:  Anyone with a shell or
regular text account on a board with a good old fashioned QWK maildoor
can flip between hundreds of confs under 2qwk! or any other decent mail-
reader.  How you want things edited and quoted, that is your business.
