   As listed in the comp.sys.apple2 FAQ
(http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html), 0201 is "out of memory."
Make sure that the RAM card is present and functioning. If you hold down
the option key when booting, you'll get a menu that lets you go to the
text control panel. Go the the Ramdisk selection, and set the ramdisk to
a size of 0, and note what the total system memory is. GS/OS and the like
require 1.25MB ram at a minimum.
