There were a few other HDs that work with the //c...I believe
Sequential Systems still makes some.

I know that this is just opinion, but I usually find that even 512K of
RAM is excessive.

It also works in the Color Classic, I believe.  Admittedly, you can't
add actual cards, but you CAN swap the included emulated cards around
(serial port, ImageWriter emulation port, clock, mouse, 3.5" drive
controller, 5.25" disk controller, AppleTalk card, and (I think) some
HD controller for emulating Apple // HDs on an Apple // partition on
your Mac HD.)
