I think that might be the "self-appointed" Usenet "canceller" guy.
He's the one whose posts show up from time to time saying he cancelled
a number of "large, inappropriate" postings from a HUGE number of groups,
and cba2 is almost ALWAYS on that list.

Who exactly IS this guy?
