In a previous post on this subject it was mentioned that the Spectrum
help files should NOT have been put in
/HD/SYSTEM/DESK.ACCS/HELP.FILES/SPECTRUM, rather they should have been
put with the application e.g., Spectrum in this case.
After looking this over I tend to disagree since the application's
help files go in a seperate subdirectory per application e.g.,
Spectrum, GraphicWriter, ProSel, Fred... (I would agree that some
might prefer to have the ability to configure the NDA with a pathname
of one's choice.)
The cool thing is that one can write any sort of help files they want,
put them in a distinct folder along with a file named "index," which
lists a help topic and associated help file. In fact, one could
maintain a telephone/address list using this NDA. (Or even a list of
all of Nathan's urls ;-)
