Funny, since I installed my SS, OA-CTRL-RESET almost never behaves a
forced reset; it just acts like CTRL-RESET. I just get dropped to the
Applesoft prompt where I can type PR#1 to boot. CA-CTRL-RESET never works
either, and yesterday was the first time I managed to get the self-test to
run (and that was by accident -- in a fit of RESETs, trying to get out
of a really bad SS lockup).
