Copy II Plus 7.2 came with a 400K 3.5" disk, mainly due to 400K drives
being available cheaply for those using the Universal Drive Controller
card (former Mac 400K single-sided 3.5" disk drives).  The only way I
know to format another 400K 3.5" disk is to do a disk copy of that C2+
disk and erase the files.
