Assuming that you are downloading to an Apple II, the program you want is 
DISK2FILE.  It reads DSK files and writes them to 5.25 floppies.  I've 
used it a good bit and it works great.

Be aware that most DSK files on the 'net are packed with Gzip.  You'll 
need a way to unpack them as well.  There is an Apple II program (I forget 
the name) that can convert Gzip's to ordinary Zip files that can then be 
unpacked by programs like AGATE and Angel.
