It uses pretty much the same commands as Appleworks.  Lots of commands are 
pretty intuitive: oa-I to insert a line, oa-C to copy to clipboard, etc.  
Big ones are oa-X to change text resolution and oa-Z to exit to Applesoft.

I'll wager that if you just sit down and try all the keys, you'll figure 
out 95% of it.
