Can't help you with the "Scooter" card, but it =sounds= like an EPROM
programmer. As for the others, it would be very helpful if you listed any
manufacturer's logos or such from the cards. There were dozens and dozens
of printer cards made for the Apple II.
SCI? Are you sure it isn't SCSI? That would be a hard disk, if so.

The IIe does color. All you need is a composite color monitor of the
proper specs. PC monitors and Mac monitors will NOT work.
