Ramworks III and making Appleworks recognize it
this afternoon I picked up an old //e (for dirt) mostly because
when I popped the lid, there was an AE Ramworks III smiling up at me
(along with a Micromodem//e, Mouse interface, and some other goodies)
Anyways, first, what is the RWIII capable of, other than 80-column
capability and lotsa sheep^H^H^H^H^Hmemory under the hood. What is the
maximum capacity of the card (currently 16 of the 32 sockets are filled)
Second, how can Appleworks regocnize the extra memory, I assume
it's able to somehow (I'm running Appleworks 2.0) I tried to just boot
it up, but was only greeted with "56K Available".
Third, who wants to give me free money.
...I've long since sold off all my nibble mags, can't go and check the
ads for the info myself... =^)
(ok, scratch the third item.)
