Just about everyone (Jameco, Digikey, etc) has Full TTL oscillators.
While you may not NEED 15ns, you're guaranteed that they'll keep up.
And... I take a good snicker when I think that once upon a time, my
Zip GSX's cache was once a 128k cache in a Pentium.

I think it'll be just fine.  :)
