Eh, the MegaDemo is not from FTA, it is from Ninjaforce! :)

Check the ZIP control panel for the Appletalk IRQ delay. It must
be OFF (disabled) for the demo to work. Also, the counter delay
must be ON (enabled). If this doesn't help, your ZIP is indeed
too slow. We developd the MegaDemo on a ZIP 8/16 configuration
as a basic system. Upgrading your ZIP's cache to 64K should work
fine - it's an inexpensive upgrade and well worth it!
