   Well, the FAQ is already connected as one html document on the
umich site where I grabbed what I posted yesterday (see my posts for
the utl). I certainly plan to have a similar setup (most likely not on
umich as I do not have an acct there), with a HTMLized faq available
on the WWW. With such a thing, it's far easier to add in a _link_ to
it.

   Having links allows better control over revisions (that way everyone
can always get the latest version, no problems of propagating changes
to 'mirror' sites) and allows for faster maintenance. That is what I'd
much rather prefer that others did.
