   DOS 3.3 has no such thing as subdirectories. Anything that says
there are some subdirectories on a Dos 3.3 disk has its bits in the
wrong order. Perhaps you mean something else; your phrasing isn't
very good, but I can't tell.

   First explain what program is saying which files are directories on
a Dos 3.3 disk, and why it isn't in the trash on your mac. If I and
others are reading your sentences correctly, the question shouldn't
ever come up.
