Well, I talked to the guy at Alltech who designed the board today ("Tony").
He said that the Configuration Block was useless, as the PAL had a new
design and no longer needed a configuration block.

Also, I described my problems with the Sirius (it's only recognizing a total
of four megs system ram in either a rom 1 or rom 3 configuration, even though
there are six megs installed), and they're sending me a new one.  I'm happy
with the arrangement.  :)
